Czech Tetra Trucks a.s. Visit Renguang Law Firm

On the morning of November 29, 2019, Huazhong Taola Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") and Czech Tetra Trucks a.s. Company held friendly negotiations on technology, brand, procurement and other truck cooperation matters in the conference room of Beijing Renguang Law Firm.

Finally, the two sides signed a memorandum of cooperation and exchange on the framework of cooperation.

The general framework of the memorandum of cooperation and exchange is as follows:

1. China intends to use the Czech TETRA brand for truck assembly and production, and introduce TETRA brand and intellectual property rights.

2., in order to use TETRA brand chassis and technology, the Chinese side agreed that when the truck is assembled in China, TETRA imported parts should account for a certain proportion of the whole vehicle.

3., the two sides agreed that China would start direct procurement of chassis and other imported parts from the Czech side no later than October 2020.

The friendly meeting between our side and the Czech side has laid a good foundation for further cooperation between the two sides in the future. Through the introduction of foreign advanced truck key component technology, supporting China's independent research and development of heavy truck technology, and the non-prosecution team of Renguang Law Firm to escort the whole project, we believe that in the near future, we will create a series of industry-leading heavy truck brands for China!
