On December 6, 2019, CEO of vertical International Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinochem") held a meeting with Mr. Bai Changfu, director of Beijing Renguang law firm, and lawyers of related industries (hereinafter referred to as "Renguang law firm") in the conference room of Beijing Renguang law firm.
