Unite and forge ahead, set sail -2019 Renguang Law Firm Work Summary and Spring Festival Reunion Meeting Held Successfully

　　Beijing Renguang Law Firm's 2020 Spring Festival Reunion Meeting will be held ceremoniously on January 10, 2020 in the conference room of Renguang Law Firm. Except for lawyers on business trips and lawyers stationed abroad, all lawyers and relevant administrative staff in Beijing attended the meeting.

　The meeting is mainly divided into three parts:

In the first stage, Director Bai Changfu, founder of Beijing Renguang Law Firm, reviewed and summarized the work in 2019:

  First of all, the director affirmed the achievements and progress made by all the staff of the law firm in 2019, and expressed his gratitude and praise for their hard work. Then the following aspects are summarized:

1. Team building has achieved certain results. In 2019, a total of 8 lawyers were recruited, all of whom have rich practice experience. The number of administrative staff has increased to 5. They are responsible for complicated administrative and logistics work and are an important guarantee force for lawyers' practice.

2. The management system has been continuously improved and the office conditions have been further improved.

3, business development has made a major breakthrough.

4. Participated in and organized various activities. The Law Institute has held many group building activities on the Dragon Boat Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival and the anniversary of the establishment of the law firm, which has enhanced mutual understanding among lawyers, created a more harmonious and warm team atmosphere, and enhanced the core cohesion of the team.

At the end of the year-end summary, the director also put forward the areas that need improvement and deficiencies in our work. Only by clearly recognizing our own shortcomings can we really improve our business level.

Facing the future, the director pointed out that building a good team of lawyers as soon as possible will be the top priority of the law firm's work in 2020. In 2021, the recruitment of talents will be tightened and the team size will gradually enter a stable period. In the future, the main business of the law firm will be non-litigation, and the team will be formed to promote the smooth development of non-litigation business.

In the second stage, Zhang Haitao, secretary of the Party branch of Beijing Renguang Law Firm, gave a speech to everyone.

On December 30, 2019, Renguang Law Firm established its own party branch and elected Zhang Haitao as its secretary. Secretary Zhang put forward his own opinions on the development of law firms from the three aspects of climate, geographical location, and people. He pointed out that the current country vigorously advocates the rule of law. This is a good opportunity for our development. We must maintain a high degree of consistency with the spirit of the Party Central Committee. Consistent, promote the construction of the firm with party building, seize the opportunity to develop and expand the law firm, and hope that every lawyer can follow the trend of the times, give full play to your talents on the stage of Renguang, and make our own strength for the stability of the society while realizing our dreams!

The third stage of the meeting: the Spring Festival couplet quiz. There is no fixed answer to the couplet. Everyone is enthusiastically offering suggestions and witty remarks. A pair of couplets full of New Year blessings are filled with everyone's wisdom. The atmosphere of the Spring Festival has also begun to spread. I wish everyone everything they want in the new year. 　This is the first official annual meeting of Renguang Law Firm since its establishment. After the meeting, all the lawyers took a group photo and took a short video of New Year's greetings. Facing the camera, everyone shouted out our common aspiration: I wish the motherland prosperity and strength, I wish Renguang prosperity, 2020 sailing!
